Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@sippyo.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing or shipment has begun.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include customs duties, taxes, import charges or other charges imposed by local authorities or third parties.

Sippyo currently ships to selected markets, including the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier conditions, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Sippyo is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Sippyo.
Shopify is not the seller of Sippyo products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order or providing Sippyo customer support.
